Since the foundation in 2007 Albert Großer, Hayat Koubaa, Philipp Mayer and Andreas Strauß are successfully leading the company. They cover all the core competences needed.

Mr. Strauß, managing director R&D and manager of regulatory affairs gained great expertise in the miniaturisation of heart lung machines during his work at the RWTH Aachen.

Mr. Mayer an experienced business consultant and specialist in turnaround management is the responsible managing director for finance, marketing and sales.

Ms. Koubaa, a computer scientist, is responsible for IT and simulation. By speaking six different languages, she is extending our worldwide b2b and b2c network. 

Mr. Großer has successfully worked as a design engineer for a 1st tier supplier in the automotive industry and is responsible for production.

The successful collaboration of the four founders since 2006, is characterized by a constant development of new ideas combined with entrepreneurial implementation. All four founders add a high value to the company by bringing in their different personalities and high motivation.
